The Beijing Declaration to Build a Community with a Shared Future for Human Immune Health

The great initiative to “promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind” is an immense project that involves multiple areas of human society and is vital to the future direction of mankind. It reveals to us that the future of mankind is deeply interconnected. It also allows us to see that in the field of human immunotechnology and healthcare development, it is likewise necessary to start building a community with a shared future for human immune health.

The recent global COVID-19 pandemic was a huge lesson for all of mankind. It made us recognize that the fundamental way for each of us to safeguard our own health is by boosting the human body’s immunity. Relevant organizations, institutions, and scientists from all over the world must join forces to constantly expand international communication, deepen mutual cooperation, and start constructing an immunological barrier for mankind. This is the only way to safeguard our collective health and future.

Science and technology are the tools of human progress. Sharing scientific and technological achievements is inevitable as mankind looks to the future. The experience and lessons of history tell us that, faced with a global public health crisis and widespread disease, human society must unite in solidarity in order to achieve ultimate victory.

To this end, we jointly issue this declaration:

We will establish a coordinated management system for human immune health and integrate resources to collectively build a healthy human immune system project. Grounded in the present with a future-oriented vision, we will establish long-term prevention and treatment systems and solutions to respond to global public health crises and human immune health issues that may arise again in the future.

1. Collectively build a “coordinated management system for human immune health”

This system will primarily integrate the resources of relevant organizations, institutions, and scientists, enabling timely communication and coordination regarding several emergent issues that may arise in international public health crises. 

Main tasks:

(1) Coordinate prevention and management: communicate, organize, and share experience in a timely manner to avoid wrong turns, make up for lost time, and minimize damage.

(2) Unify action and resource allocation: join forces and work together to achieve precise targeting, minimize damage, and avoid escalation of the crisis.

(3) Connect scientists in related fields: discuss, research, and tackle different issues that occur in the crisis in a timely manner, and quickly convert results to applications so as to save time and share resources.

2. Collectively build a “healthy human immune system project”

From a future-oriented perspective, if mankind wishes to ensure a decisive victory in the fight against disease, we must boost our overall immunity; this is the fundamental solution. To this end, the long-term task for coordinated management is:

To collectively build a “healthy human immune system project” that promotes and safeguards the establishment and implementation of 3 immunoscience systems for healthy human “mental immunity, nutritional immunity, and behavioral immunity”. 

Science has already proven that 80% of human diseases are caused by immune system issues and solutions to nearly 100% of health problems depend on strong immunity. The fundamental way to overcome diseases and public health crises lies in boosting the human body’s immunity.

We believe that the promotion of this project not only has enormous significance for unexpected public health crises, but also has the same significance for chronic human diseases and suboptimal health conditions, which are constantly worsening. This is an endeavor that can yield immediate benefits and requires long-term effort.

(1) Gather talent from all sides to establish a scientific framework for a healthy human immune system project that primarily consists of “mental immunity, nutritional immunity, and behavioral immunity” with the goal of creating new lifestyles for human immune health, pushing healthy human lifestyles to a higher level.

“Mental immunity, nutritional immunity, and behavioral immunity” mostly involve things that can be done at no cost or relatively cheaply. The focus will be on generalizing and summarizing a set of “mental immunity and behavioral immunity” parenting and exercise tutorials that are simple, scientific, and easy to put into action. At the same time, in accordance with the features of different regions and ethnic groups, a set of scientific recipes and nutritional intervention plans for immune health that promote “nutritional immunity” will be introduced. 

(2) Use national, social, and professional forces at multiple levels to drive the construction and implementation of the “healthy human immune system project”. After organizing necessary training, call upon various allied members, from campuses to neighborhoods and from local regions to society as a whole, to mobilize and take action to create an outstanding environment for human immune health. 

(3) Mobilize scientists in relevant fields to join together and intensify research on “superantigens”, as well as the integrative development of modern biotechnology, traditional Chinese medicine, and western medicine. This will inject new momentum and vitality into the enhancement of human immunity, the fight against public health crises, and the resolution of people’s health issues.

Superantigens are the most powerful immunity-boosting substance currently known to mankind. Their ability to activate immunity is 2000-50000 times that of other typical antigens like ginseng, cordyceps, and reishi mushroom. Renowned as “masters of immunity”, they have enormous significance for mankind’s response to public health crises and other diseases. However, at present, mankind’s ability to develop and use them is extremely limited; only China’s Xiehe superantigens have obtained a national drug approval number. These superantigens have been used in the prevention and control of Ebola, SARS, AIDS, and the COVID-19 virus with remarkable effectiveness. Moreover, they have no side effects and have been hailed as “all-purpose vaccines”. 

Rolf Martin Zinkernagel, professor of experimental immunology at the University of Zurich and Nobel Prize winner, once asserted: “The emergence of Xiehe superantigens is equivalent to the discovery of penicillin!”

Chen Tingzuo, one of China’s leading biomedical authorities and founder of superantigens, has also said: “With a firm theoretical foundation and clear support from clinical data, China’s Xiehe superantigens are definitely rock-solid!”

As innovation and development continues in superantigen science, it is certain to lead mankind into a new era of immunotechnology. Further development and utilization of superantigens is the collective responsibility of mankind in solving public health crises and human health problems. We all agree that our alliance must first incorporate superantigens into relevant scientists’ collaborative research topics. We believe that superantigen research results and applications, along with the integrative development of modern biotechnology, traditional Chinese medicine, and western medicine, are sure to shed new light on the construction of a community with a shared future for human immune health as well as other human immune health causes.

構建人類免疫健康命運共同體北京宣言

“推動構建人類命運共同體”的偉大倡議,是一個關係人類社會各個領域以及關乎人類未來走向的宏大課題。她昭示了我們人類命運的息息相關,也讓我們看到,在人類免疫科技和健康事業發展領域,同樣也需要構建起人類免疫健康共同體。

不久前發生的全球新冠疫情,為全人類上了一堂大課。它讓我們認識到,提升人體免疫力,才是保障我們每個人自身健康的根本;只有全球相關組織機構及相關科學家攜起手來,不斷擴大國際交流,深化相互合作,構築起人類免疫健康屏障,才能保障我們共同的健康和未來。

科技是人類進步的工具,共用科技成果是人類面向未來的必然選擇。曆史的經驗教訓告訴我們,面對全球性公用衛生危機和人類普遍性的疾病,人類社會必須團結一致,才能取得最後勝利。

為此,我們聯合發出宣言:

建立人類免疫健康聯動機制,整合資源,共建人類健康免疫系統工程,立足目前,放眼長遠,為應對未來可能再次發生的全球性公用衛生危機以及人類免疫健康問題,建立一個長效的防治體系和解決方案。

第一,共建“人類免疫健康聯動機制”

這一機制,主要整合相關組織機構和相關科學家兩個層面的資源,及時溝通協調國際公用衛生危機中突發的一些問題。

主要工作:

一是聯防聯動,及時交流、整理、推廣經驗,少走彎路,爭取時間,減少損失。

二是統一動員、調配資源,集中力量,共同發力,精准投放,減少損失,避免危機泛濫。

三是聯合相關科學家,對危機中發生的不同問題及時討論,研究攻關,及時實現成果轉化,節約時間,資源共用。

第二,共建“人類健康免疫系統工程”

站在未來的高度,人類要確保在與疾病的鬥爭中取得決定性勝利,就必須提高整體的免疫力,這是根本的應對之策。為此,聯動的長期任務是:

共建“人類健康免疫系統工程”,推動保障人類健康“精神免疫、營養免疫、行為免疫”三免疫科學體系的建立與實施。

科學已經證明,人類80%的疾病源於免疫問題,近100%健康問題的解決都有賴於強大的免疫,戰勝疾病和公用衛生危機的根本也在於提高人體免疫。

相信,這一工程的推動,不但對突發性公用衛生危機意義重大,而且對遏制人類慢病及亞健康狀態的不斷惡化,意義同樣重大。這是一個利在當下,功在千秋的事業。

1、集中各方人才,建立以“精神免疫、營養免疫、行為免疫”為基本內容的人類健康免疫系統工程的科學構架,以打造人類新的免疫健康生活方式為目標,推動人類健康生活方式的升維。

“精神免疫、營養免疫、行為免疫”大多是不花錢或少花錢就可以辦到的事情,重點是歸納總結一套簡單科學,易於操作的“精神免疫、行為免疫”的養育、鍛練教程,同時根據不同地區和民族特點,推出一套利於“營養免疫”的科學食譜及免疫健康的營養調理方案。

2、用國家、社會以及專業多層面的力量推動“人類健康免疫系統工程”的建築與實施。

在組織必要的培訓基礎上,號召各聯盟成員從校園到社區,從局部到整個社會,全體動員,全員行動,打造一個人類免疫健康的靚麗風景線。

第三,動員相關科學家,聯合起來,加大對“超級抗原”,以及現代生物科技與中醫藥、西醫藥共同融合發展的研究力度,為強化人類免疫,抗擊公用衛生危機和解決人們健康問題注入新的動力和活力。

超級抗原是人類目前已知的提高人體免疫力的最強大物質,其激活免疫的能力是人參、蟲草、靈芝等一般抗原的2000-50000倍,被譽為“免疫之王”,其對人類應對公用衛生危機及其他疾病意義重大。但目前人類對其開發利用的能力還非常有限,只有中國的協合超抗原拿到了國家藥準字批號。在埃博拉、非典、艾滋病以及新冠疫情病毒的防控中均有使用,效果顯著,並且無後遺症,被譽為“萬能疫苗”。

蘇黎世大學實驗免疫學教授、諾貝爾獎獲得者羅夫·辛克納吉先生曾經論斷:“協合超抗原的問世,相當於當年青霉素的發現!”

中國生物醫學泰斗,超級抗原奠基人陳廷祚先生也曾說過:“一個有堅定理論基礎,並有明確臨床數據支持的中國協合超抗原,必將堅不可摧!”

隨着超級抗原科學的不斷創新發展,必將帶領人類進入免疫科技的新時代。進一步開發利用超級抗原是人類解決公用衛生危機和人類健康問題的共同責任,大家一致認為,聯盟要把超級抗原首先納入相關科學家共同研究課題。相信,超級抗原的研究成果及運用,以及現代生物科技與中醫中藥、西醫西藥的融合發展,一定會為構建人類免疫健康命運共同體,以及人類的免疫健康事業帶來一片新的曙光!
